Payment via PayPal invoice.

Full payment upfront before I start the artwork.

Client must be 18+ and have legal competence.

I have the right to decline a commission request.

All commissioned artworks will have my signature (somewhere, not distracting) except for when commercial fee is paid.

This art commission is a digital good, and will NOT be physically shipped.

I will send the finished artwork files (png) via DM or email.

Client may re-post my artwork with proper credit.

I will post the finished artwork in my portfolios.

My artworks are for personal use only unless commercial fee is paid.

Personal Use: Anything that does not generate money (e.g. profile picture, gifts, wallpaper)

Commercial Use: Anything that generates money (e.g. merchandise, branding assets, book covers, YouTube thumbnails, marketing material)

Commercial Use Fee: x2 of the final price (artworks with commercial use will have no signature unless asked)

WIP or updates will be sent during the sketch stage and coloring stage.

ETA: 2-3 weeks (If I require longer deadline, I will let the client know).

No refunds (Unless I failed to deliver your commission).

Clients are entitled up to 3 minor corrections; pose/expression (sketch stage), color adjustment (coloring stage) free of charge. Further corrections will cost 5-10 USD each.

My artworks will NOT be used in AI training or NFT use.

Erasing my signature or assigning authorship is forbidden.
