This art commission is a digital good, and will NOT be physically shipped. I will be sending the completed art using gmail.

My artworks will NOT be used in AI training or NFT use.

Do not claim that you made the art. Do not edit without permission.

Erasing my signature or assigning authorship is forbidden.

Full payment upfront before I start the artwork.

Clients are entitled up to 3 minor corrections; pose/expression (sketch stage), color adjustment (coloring stage) free of charge. Further corrections will cost 5-10 USD each. To keep commissions on schedule, I require a feedback within 72 hours of each update. If no feedback is received within this window, I will proceed to the next stage to ensure timely delivery.

2-4 weeks to complete depending on the queue but if I require longer deadline, I will inform you. I will be sending WIP updates for approval. Rush fee x2 of the final price (message me first).

My artworks are for personal use only unless commercial fee is paid.

Personal Use: Anything that does not generate money (e.g. profile picture, gifts, wallpaper)

Commercial Use: Anything that generates money (e.g. merchandise, branding assets, book covers, YouTube thumbnails, marketing material)

Commercial Use Fee: x2 of the final price (artworks with commercial use fee will have no signature unless requested).

Client may re-post my artwork with proper credit.

I will post the finished artwork in my portfolios. If you don't want me to tag you on my socials, let me know beforehand.

No refunds unless I failed to deliver your commission.

I strictly do not open external links, qr codes, or zip/compressed files. References must be provided as jpg/jpeg/png/webp or VSONA profile link only.

Suspicious or unsolicited files/links will be reported immediately.

I reserve the right to terminate any commission at any stage immediately if I no longer feel safe or respected. This includes but not limited to: Request of personal info or inappropriate personal questions. Disrespectful, aggressive, gaslighting, harassment, manipulative communication. Pushing personal boundaries and sexualization of my persona.

No Refund Policy for misconduct. If a commission is terminated due to violation of my personal and professional boundaries, no refund will be issued regardless of the stage. Please let us be friendly and kind while staying professional.
